A Day of Christmas Cheer is scheduled for Sunday, December 10, beginning at 8:30 am with Immaculate Conception School hosting a Breakfast with Santa and our Immaculata High School Performing Arts Department hosting it's annual Basket Raffle and Cookie Walk until 1:00 pm. Students from the Performing Arts Department will perform Christmas music for members of our community throughout the morning.
This is always a very popular fundraiser and we cannot do it without your help! Below are links to sign-up to help.
We will close out the day of cheer with readings and carols beginning at 4:00 pm. And, our blessing and lighting of Christmas trees at 6:00 pm at the Church of the Immaculate Conception.
Immaculata High School will be spreading the light of Christmas with 25 trees along the front walkway of the high school. The trees will remain illuminated each night until Saturday, January 6, the traditional date of the Solemnity of the Epiphany, which marks the arrival of visitors, identified in Scripture as the magi, to the place where Jesus was born.
Each freshly cut Christmas tree will be adorned with white lights and will include a placard that can be customized to include the name of your firm, a wish for Christmas blessings, or simply a message of gratitude.
